I think this should become public knowledge and taught in history classes alongside with American Colonialism and the decimation of Native Populations! This is my contribution to Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and Black History Month. It is a shame that we do not have a Native American History Month, or any National Holiday to Honor those of us "Indian's" who were conquered to make way for this Nation to arise to power!
